Nickelback Target Center stop is Hot

Nickelback tickets went on sale to the general public on Saturday and from what I hear the show is hot. Nickelback will stop at the Target Center Minnesota on Tuesday, April 7th, 2009. The band was just in the Twin Cities last year (or was it the year before? at the Xcel Energy Center), but clearly fans are still willing to spend the money to see them again. In fact, it looks almost sold out to me. I tried to get tickets online from ticketmaster and the lower level reserved comes up as sold out and the upper level gives me obstructed view. Even the general admission floor seats come up as sold out – wow! The Target Center will be rockin' with this show.

If you want to go to Nickelback you will have to buy from Ticket Brokers. I see TicketsNow (part of ticketmaster) has tickets, but there are better prices from our local ticket broker Ticket King. This Nickelback tour is hot; don’t plan on getting in for too cheap, but don't miss it either!

Celine Dion Minneapolis Show Date

Celine Dion ticket holders will be happy to know she has finally committed to a new date for her Target Center show. Originally scheduled for October 30th, Celine Dion cancelled the Minneapolis tour stop due to an infection. She then rescheduled to February 5th 2009, but had a scheduling conflict so she rescheduled the rescheduled Target Center show to DECEMBER 18th.

Wow, what a mess. The main point – if you own a ticket for a Minneapolis Celine Dion show, you need to show up at the Target Center on Thursday December 18th. I hope her fans think all this trouble is worth it. There are still Celine Dion tickets for sale if you are free next Thursday night. I am predicting this will be her last ever Minnesota tour stop so if you have any desire to see her belt out tunes live, you better act now.

Britney Spears Target Center Date

Britney Spears comeback tour will be stopping at the Target Center Minneapolis Friday, April 3rd, 2009. This is big news for the Target Center and Minneapolis. Britney will be touring promoting her new CD, “Circus.” Britney Spears Tickets won’t be cheap, but you can bet this concert will generate plenty of buzz – perhaps Hannah Montana levels of hysteria. Britney is a tabloid favorite and Yahoo has reported she is the most searched person on the Internet.

You can already buy Britney Spears tickets online at local brokers like Ticket King. I will keep an eye on this show for you because I am wondering if Britney Spears fans still have hurt feelings over her 2004 tour debacle that included a canceled Target Center show. Leave comments and let me know what you think about Britney Spears coming to the Target Center Minneapolis.

Oasis at Target Center

The band Oasis will be coming to the Target Center Minneapolis on Wednesday, December 10th to promote their new album “Dig Out Your Soul.” This will be the bands first US tour in 3 years and is following a record setting tour in the UK that sold over 180,000 Oasis tickets within an hour of going on sale – that’s crazy!

Ryan Adams and the Cardinals will be opening for Oasis at the Target Center. Minneapolis music fans will remember when Ryan Adams played at the Cedar Cultural Center awhile back and the show sold out immediately. Ryan Adams has his own fan base here in Minnesota and you can bet Ryan Adams fans will be scooping up tickets to see him perform in the big arena. Section 113 or 129 will provide the best stage views unless you can get Target Center tickets in the first 10 rows on the floor.

I heard that the Xcel had bid on this gig and lost it to the Target Center. I am sure it is going to be a great show and the Xcel is going to wish they had placed a sweeter deal on the table. The Target Center has been a hot spot of Twin Cities entertainment this year!

Minnesota Timberwolves at Target Center

The Minnesota Timberwolves have quite a few home games coming up the next few weeks. In fact if you check out the Target Center Schedule, you will notice one Timberwolves game after another in the next few weeks. Biggest Game? A week from today when the Timberwolves host the Boston Celtics. Kevin Garnett back in Minneapolis, the Timberwolves definitely have something to prove since he has already proved he is Championship material.

You can buy Timberwolves Tickets from a number of places, but as far as brokers go, I would go with the Timberwolves Tickets web site – they seem to be the cheapest.

Radio City Spectacular at Target Center

The Xcel Energy Center may have the Trans Siberian Orchestra show, but the Target Center has the Radio City Christmas Spectacular starring the Rockettes. I saw the dazzling beauties on the local news last night surrounding Santa at the Mall of America and I immediately got online to find out when I could bring the family to the show.

It turns out that the Radio City Christmas Spectacular is at the Target Center for three days starting today and running through Sunday. Target Center ticket prices don’t look too bad and I know this will be a great way to kick off the holiday season – get it? KICK-OFF??? Ok, it’s a lame joke aimed at seeing those Rockettes do their eye-high kicks and precision choreography.

I read this blurb about the show and thought I would share: “Families will be delighted and touched as Santa flies high above the crowd, snow falls inside and the true meaning of Christmas comes to life in the awe-inspiring Living Nativity."

I woke up this morning to snow and I decided it is time to get in the Holiday Spirit. Going to the Target Center to see the Radio City Christmas show is the perfect beginning to the 2008 Holiday Season.

Getting to the Target Center

Getting to the Target Center can be a pain some times. There always seems to be a ton of traffic in that neck of the woods. I see on the Target Center main page they have an ad for the Hiawatha light rail. I often forget about taking the light rail to the Target Center (I have taken it a dozen times to the Metrodome). The light rail stops just a block from the Target Center so it makes it a short walk to get where you are going. Frankly, I usually walk at least a block when I drive my car and park anyway. The only downside to the light rail is worrying about the weather and it’s that time of year when we have to start thinking about cold and snow (well, maybe not snow yet) One of my favorite things about parking in the Target Center ramp (or the A ramp as they call it – see the diagram below) is the skyway system, but one of my least is sitting in traffic for 45 minutes just to exit the ramp. Any thoughts Target Center fans?

Target Center Blog

OK, I haven’t updated my Target Center blog in awhile, but I am back and ready to type and to keep the public informed on the happenings of the Target Center Minneapolis. Stay Tuned for updates including Target Center parking and transportation updates as well as Concert updates and don’t forget the Minnesota Timberwolves season is just around the corner.

Kelly Clarkson and Reba McEntire Concert

Superstars Kelly Clarkson and Reba McEntire are joining together for another huge tour. This unique show combines both bands and both amazing singers on one stage. Reba and Kelly sold out 15 venues in 2008 from mid January to Mid February. The tour received such amazing reviews from the fans that they decided to add an additional 24 venues to the tour.

Reba and Kelly will be performing at the Target Center on October 24th, 2008. Unfortunately, you can only buy Kelly Clarkson and Reba McEntire Tickets now if you are a fan club member and you can only purchase two tickets. I am sure that Target Center Tickets to this show will sell fast so don't delay. Generally speaking, Minnesota Target Center Tickets in sections 111-113 and 129-131 offer a great view while not costing as much. See you at the show.

Update to Rage Post!

I forgot to post pictures from the Rage show last week.
As you can see in the shot I took of the crowd that Target Center tickets for this sold out event were difficult to come by. The crowd on the floor was crazy! I took these pictures sitting in section 113 row K of the Target Center - which is a great place to sit for a Target Center concert!

Rage Against the Machine killed the Target Center

Rage Against the Machine played their highly anticipated and sold out show last night at the Target Center. Police and riot control cops were on hand and rumors began to swirl of the intent of the fans. However, rioting was simply not the case. I was one of the 13,000 attendees last night and I laughed as I walked past the cops with their face shields and baseball bats while all the concert goers left peacefully and collectively from the concert. As a matter of fact, when I went to Tom Petty in July at the Target Center, it took me about an hour of crowd pushing to get out of the arena. Last night for Rage it took me about 5 minutes from the time left my seat to my first step outside.

The concert was not like one I had seen before, the males in the audience were high fiving and taking group shots of one another like girls at a bar on a Saturday night. Rage Against the Machine’s front man, Zach de la Rocha, did not short the crowd on his performance, I had no idea he was such a front man. Despite the fact they took an 8 year hiatus, they still have it as a live band. And I have been to a lot of concerts in my life, but I have never seen a crowd like I have on the floor last night. Target Center tickets for the general admission floor were the hardest tickets to come by this summer. People were jumping from their seats in the 100 level over the barricades just to be on the floor. From the start of the stage to the back of the floor by section 104 it was jam packed with people. It was truly unbelievable.

While there were extra cops and riot control on hand to deal the ‘unruly fans’ after the concert, Zach de la Rocha made a comment to the audience before he closed the show to ‘by no means be passive, but please leave peacefully’ – I thought that was cool of him to say and well needed considering how young and naïve some of the audience was. All in all I was glad I went for the experience and to be one of the people in 20 years to say “I’ve seen Rage Against the Machine.”

Rage Against The Machine Target Center During RNC

Saint Paul is going to be crazy hosting the Republican National Convention September 1st – 4th, but don’t think for a second that it’s twin city, Minneapolis, will be any quieter. In fact, the Target Center will be rocking on September 3rd when politically charged rockers Rage Against the Machine appear. There was plenty of speculation surrounding the event with the pros and cons of the show being discussed in the media. In the end, Rage Against The Machine opted to do a regular ticketed event at the Target Center Minneapolis (they are doing a free show in Denver for the Democratic National Convention).

I checked local ticket broker Ticket King to see if they were carrying tickets for the event and they are. The floor is general admission and are going for about $150 per ticket on the ticket king web site. I checked on ticketmaster and they were sold out, but the original face was $58 per ticket. Must be a hot ticket. There will be a lot of extra bodies in the Twin Cities those four days, I am sure the ticket brokers of the world are hoping to cash in.

Tom Petty Target Center Tickets Hot

The July 23rd Tom Petty show at the Target Center is turning out to be a hot ticket! I checked with local ticket broker Ticket King two weeks ago and they had about 150 tickets and now they have less than 50! That is unusual for a local broker to be so low on inventory on such a big show, but that just proves how popular this tour stop is going to be. Tom Petty 4th row on the Target Center floor is going to cost you $870 per ticket! Wow! If it were me, I would buy up those 21st floor tickets at $200 each before they sell out!

After a sparse showing for the Steve Miller Band, the Target Center is ready to rock to a packed house and Tom Petty will deliver! Buy Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers tickets today!

American Idols Tour stop perfect Back-to-School event

American Idols tour is coming to the Target Center Minneapolis on Sunday, August 31st. If you are addicted to the hit TV show then you won’t want to miss all of your favorite Idols live. Each year, the tour includes the previous seasons top 10 Idols. Don’t miss Brooke White, Carly Smithson, Chikezie, David Archuleta, David Cook, Jason Castro, Kristy Lee Cook, Michael Johns, Ramiele Malubay, and Syesha Mercado live at the Target Center this August!

The seating chart looks like there will be a large stage with the center part of the stage extending into the floor seating so there will be plenty of great seats to see all of the idols. The lower level sections are always a good bet if you are taking your kids and you are worried they won’t be able to see on the floor. This is the perfect back-to-school summer concert. Wiggles at the Target Center

My niece wrote this entry for the Target Center blog – and yes, she would like to go to the “Wiggles” and sing the fruit salad song, she also desperately wants to go to Paramore at the Minnesota State Fair Grandstand. Teenage girls have such varied interests! Here's the post:

When I was a child (editors note: it was like yesterday!), I grew up watching Doug and Rugrats. A few years a go, a really big T.V. show called the Wiggles came on Disney. Like every popular thing, they start off slow and quickly rise up to a high peak and then lower slowly. In the end of it's time they make a come back and try to become popular again. Doesn't that sound like every boy bad? and The Wiggles! The Wiggles are at it again and are trying to make a comeback. On August 7th, at the Target Center the Wiggles will try to become popular again in the hearts of many children. I searched YouTube for my favorite Wiggles songs and there were like a million!

Minnesota Vikings players show up at Target Center to support Minnesota Lynx

There were several Minnesota Vikings players at the Target Center this week and they weren’t working out with the Minnesota Timberwolves. Defensive tackle Kevin Williams, defensive end Ray Edwards, Darren Sharper and Pat Williams were all in attendance to watch a Minnesota Lynx game. The WNBA Lynx are red hot right now and fans are flocking to the Target Center Minneapolis to watch the ladies rip up the hardwood. Unfortunately, with the Minnesota Vikings watching, the Minnesota Lynx lost to Connecticut 66-75, but overall the Minnesota Lynx lead the Western Conference with a 6-2 record. Buy Minnesota Lynx tickets today and make a trip to the Target Center to support the WNBA.

Cirque Du Soleil Target Center

Cirque du Soleil is once again coming to the Target Center Minneapolis. Cirque is bringing the Saltimbanco show to the Target Center for five days from September 24th through the 28th. the word Saltimbanco comes from the Italian "saltare in banco", which literally means "to jump on a bench." There is certainly a lot of jumping under the big top in this phenomenal show. The show is described by Cirque du Soleil as a celebration of life and features such characters as a songbird, a worm and a child. The costumes are remarkable and the juggling acts and the trapeze shows are sure to impress even the most finicky circus fan. Buy Target Center Tickets today and we will see you under the big top!

Tom Petty comes to Target Center July 23rd

So, I’m pretty stoked that Tom Petty is coming to town (Heartbreakers will be in tow). I mean, Tom Petty is always cool, but add the fact that they’ve been together for the last 30 years and it makes it that much more of an event that I really want to be at. Who knows when they’ll tour again, you know? I’ve heard he does a great job at singing all those songs that everyone wants to hear. Songs like "Mary Jane’s Last Dance," "American Girl," "Free Fallin’," the list goes on and on. He does encores and he’s a rock star, without that ‘I’m-a-rock-star’ attitude; the kind of guy who would have a beer with you.

For such a great guy, he’s pulling a power move that I don’t care for. Apparently, the first twenty rows of the Target Center floor seats are considered ‘Fan Club’ seats and are only available to those people who are in his fan club. So, not only do you have to pay $40 per year to even be in the club, but the tickets you’ve purchased are will-call only, meaning you pay for them in advance and the night of the show, you are verified by your ID and then escorted to your seat, making it literally impossible for anyone else to enjoy that seat.

Personally, I would pay good money to be no more than 20 rows away from the legend, himself. But these entertainment promoters have us in a headlock; either pay $40 and maybe get a chance at your dream Tom Petty ticket, or sit further away. I think it’s another marketing scheme. I mean, I already buy the man’s albums and I would definitely plan on buying some merchandise at the concert (I love my band t-shirts). I think it’s just a scheme to get more money. I would rather pay that money to know that I’m getting the seats I really want.

Tom Petty post thanks to my friend Mary!

Target Center Schedule

The Target Center is always announcing new concert events and one place you can go to find out the Target Center Schedule even before tickets go on sale is a local ticket broker web site. This Target Center Schedule by Ticket King often includes events that haven’t been officially announced to the public yet. It’s like an “insiders” schedule. They put the events on their site as soon as they hear any rumbling about it so they can get the event in front of their customers and web search engines as soon as possible.

For example, if you want to see Journey or Cheap Trick at the Target Center in September, you can fill out a Journey Cheap Trick ticket request and when there are tickets available you will get a call or an email – you wouldn’t even know that Cheap Trick or Journey was coming in September from the Target Center web site or Ticketmaster! at least not this far in advance.

Target Center tip: Keep an eye on the Ticket King web site for insider knowledge of upcoming Twin Cities events!

Nine Inch Nails at the Target Center

Nine Inch Nails will be back for a show August 2nd, 2008 at the Target Center (that's only one day before they play at Lollapalooza!) My friend told me that the only way to get premium Nine Inch Nails tickets is to become a member of the Spiral Fanclub and order through Music Today. While this saves on some service fees the whole thing sounds like a hassle to me. You have to order them as 'will call only' and as if that isn't enough your name will be printed on the Nine Inch Nails ticket. Also, there was a ticket limit of 2 (which really bummed me out because I needed 4) and when you go to pick up your Nine Inch Nails ticket it is scanned immediately and you cannot go back outside. While I understand that Trent Reznor is trying to protect his fans, but this just seems like such a hassle, no?
It seems with age Trent gets a little more crazier about these things as he gets older - he even prefers to release his albums via his website rather than having to deal with distribution and record labels.

Regardless, I am still a fan and really excited to see one of my favorite bands at the end of the summer!!!

Nine Inch Nails tickets go on sale this Saturday, May 10th. Buy your Nine Inch Nails Target Center tickets fast because they always sell out!

Alicia Keys with Jordin Sparks and Ne-Yo Tonight!

Alicia Keys will be at the Target Center tonight along with special guests Ne-Yo and Jordin Sparks. Local newspapers had reported that Sparks would not be appearing due to vocal problems, but just this morning the promoters said that "American Idol" Jordin Sparks will return to the road as opening act for Alicia Keys and that her first show is at the Target Center Minneapolis.

There are still Alicia Keys tickets available from ticketmaster, but local ticket brokers like Ticket King have Alicia Keys Jordin Sparks tickets as well and the total cost is actually less than what you would pay from tm. It’s going to be a great show for music lovers, don’t miss it.

Steve Miller Band Target Center Stop

The Steve Miller Band will be at the Target Center Minneapolis on Thursday July 3, 2008 with special guest Joe Cocker. Steve Miller is originally from Wisconsin and his Midwest roots will make this a must see Twin Cities summer concert. The Steve Miller Band concert is sure to draw fans from all over especially being so close to the 4th of July holiday. There is no doubt that many people will extend their long weekend and make a stop at the Target Center to see The Steve Miller Band live.

The Steve Miller Band signature hit “Joker” is well known across many music genres and music lovers of all ages. Music lovers will relish seeing this tune sung live at the Target Center. In addition to singing “Joker” music fans will enjoy superhits "Jet Airliner," "Jungle Love," and many more. Buy your Steve Miller Band tickets today!

Kid Rock Target Center Tour Stop

Kid Rock will be bringing his "Rock And Roll Revival Tour" to the Target Center Minneapolis on Saturday, May 24. The show has been receiving great reviews including a plug by the Detroit News that said, “This revue-style rock and roll revival is the most musically impressive tour Rock has ever put on."

Rock ‘n Roll fans won’t want to miss Kid Rock at the Target Center. I remember Kid Rock came to the Myth nightclub not too long ago and Kid Rock tickets sold fast and many fans missed out on the hardcore rocker show. Buy tickets soon and see Kid Rock sing hits from his latest album, Rock N Roll Jesus and of course everyone’s favorite Kid Rock hits including “Cowboy.”

Trent Reznor is back! and coming to Target Center Minneapolis

After months of speculation the rumors are true! Trent Reznor is bringing the latest Nine Inch Nails line up to the Target Center this summer!!!! Not only is this very exciting because this Nine Inch Nails’ tour is the first one since 2006, but the United States NIN tour is kicking off in Minneapolis on August 2nd, 2008!

The tour is in support of the new Nine Inch Nails album Ghosts. Nine Inch Nails Ghosts album was released via the nin.com website. Like Radiohead did last year, they offer their album as a digital download, allowing the fan to pay whatever they want. You can pay $1 or $10 for the whole album. Nine Inch Nails offer multiple download options for the new Ghosts album, if you pay in certain price levels you can buy packages that include bonus tracks or digital booklets. Trent Reznor always offers new and innovative ways for Nine Inch Nails albums. There is also a Nine Inch Nails You Tube video contest where Trent Reznor is asking the fans to make the videos for the songs on the Ghosts album. Again, another new way that Trent Reznor is trying to include his fans determining the outcome of his music.

In the past Nine Inch Nails tickets have sold out very fast. Trent Reznor and Nine Inch Nails tour only once or twice a decade so these Target Center tickets will go quickly!

Harlem Globetrotters

Someone asked me in the office the other day what the Harlem Globetrotters were and I replied, “Remember those cool basketball guys from Scooby-Doo?” That is how I remember the Harlem Globetrotters, but I know they are even bigger than their Scooby Doo appearances. The Harlem Globetrotters put on a unique basketball show on hardwoods across the country, selling out some of the biggest basketball arenas. I am pretty sure there will be more people at the Target Center Harlem Globetrotters shows than at some of the Timberwolves games this year.

The Globetrotters ball-handling magic and gravity-defying dunks will be a welcome sight in the NBA defunct Minneapolis market.

Alicia Keys and Jordin Sparks

Alicia Keys is bringing her “As I Am Tour” to the Target Center Minneapolis on Wednesday, April 30th. Tickets go on sale to the public this Saturday, March 15th. This last minute stop at the Target Center is sure to be big for Keys, who has won nine Grammys and has sold over 40 million albums. Alicia Keys tickets will sell quickly especially because she is bringing American Idol superstar Jordin Sparks with her. If you need a good date night concert, the Alicia Keys concert is a sure winner!

Kayne West at Target Center

The Target Center event managers are busy trying to fill the Target Center summer schedule. One of those hot summer shows will Kayne West on June 11th. Kayne West tickets went on sale last week and I can already see Minnesota ticket brokers like Ticket King have lower level tickets near the stage starting out at $150. The face value of the Kayne West tickets was high, the best tickets sold for face at $128 per ticket. That is rather expensive for an artist that irritated Minneapolis fans when he cancelled his appearance in December at the Jingle Ball show. It will be interesting to see if fans will pay the big bucks to see the hot artist or if they will shun his summer show.

Cheap Timberwolves Tickets at Target Center

Minnesota Timberwolves Tickets are cheap from local ticket brokers. In fact it looks like sites like www.timberwolvestickets.com has Timberwolves tickets at below face value. There are some good deals for basketball fans to come out to the Target Center and see the NBA in person. The Timberwolves Schedule still has plenty of opportunities to get out to the Target Center and see a game. In fact, the Wolves have 11 home games left, so get out to the Target Center and support your Minnesota Timberwolves!

Foo Fighters at the Target Center

It’s less than a month away that the Foo Fighters will be in Minneapolis playing at the Target Center! Foo Fighters tickets have always been a hot item in Minneapolis, Dave Grohl always declares his love for the city and never forgets to let the audience know it! Target Center tickets for this show are sure to sell out so make sure you buy them soon! The Foo Fighters will be at the Target Center Wednesday, February 27th, 2008. Against Me! will be the opening act for the tour’s stop at the Target Center.

This is the first headlining show that the Foo Fighters have played in the past 5 years in Minneapolis. Last time they were in town they opened for Bob Dylan supporting their acoustic portion of ‘In Your Honor.’ They co-headlined the time before that with Weezer, but this time around they are 100% headlining the show! They close every show with ‘Everlong’ and I cannot wait to hear it!

Grab your Foo Fighters tickets fast – they will be impossible to find in a very short amount of time!

Tom Petty at the Target Center

In the light of his Super Bowl XLII half-time performance on February 3rd, Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers have announced a summer 2008 tour. Tom Petty tickets for the Target Center show on Wednesday, July 23rd, 2008 went on sale Monday, February 4th – the day after Tom Petty’s Super Bowl performance. Tom Petty has some big shoes to fill after Prince’s performance at the half time show last year, but a performer like Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers will have no problem!

Tom Petty is touring in support of his last album, Highway Companion, which he did without the Heartbreakers. Although critically acclaimed and loved by fans, it is vast catalog of crowd favorites that keeps the fans coming back!

Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers will be making a stop in every major city starting May 30th and continuing through the end of August. The last time Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers were in town was in 2006 with Pearl Jam. In 2006 they played two consecutive nights at the Xcel Energy Center. Opening the show time around will be Steve Winwood, who in addition to a solo career, he has been a member of Traffic and the Go.

Although the concert is not until the end of the summer it’s best to get your Tom Petty tickets early – they are sure to be the hottest ticket in town – even in July!

Lavigne to bring her skater-punk to the Target Center

Our favorite Canadian skater-punk vixen Avril Lavigne will visit her home countries friendly border neighbor to the south on March 20. Lavigne, who continues to cross over to other forms of media including movies and fashion, will play a rock show at the Target Center for adoring fans. Avril Lavigne was just here in December playing part in the local Jingle Ball festivities that brought multiple performers to the Target Center. It will be interesting to see what kind of fan base lies for Avril Lavigne and if she can fill up her half arena Target Center set-up on her own. Get your Avril Lavigne tickets right now and right here and guarantee that you have a spot in the Target Center to see the pop-punk princess Avril Lavigne.

Casual Wolves fans can fill up the Target Center

The Target Center was three-quarters full on Wednesday night for the Minnesota Timberwolves / Phoenix Suns game. The Timberwolves pulled off the stunning victory, and the win may renew some interest in the Timberwolves this season, making Target Center tickets hotter come Timberwolves game nights.

Casual Timberwolves fans know that the Wolves have competed in most games this season, and now that the Wolves are on a winning streak, fans might come down to the Target Center all at once for a hot weekend ticket. Come down to the Target Center and see a Timberwolves game. The Target Center is proud to boast that the Timberwolves play on one of only three parquet floors in the NBA!

Wednesday, January 23, 2008

Parking is easy access and cheap at the Target Center

One thing you can’t really complain about at the Target Center is the bountiful ramp parking around the arena. There are three ramps behind the Target Center that are all connected to the Minneapolis skyway system, making it easy for Minnesota Timberwolves fans to not have to step outside in the freezing Minnesota winter. With the Timberwolves not doing so hot this season, parking prices at the ramps and Timberwolves tickets themselves are cheaper than ever. A night out at the Target Center to see the Timberwolves has never been such a deal. Go see a Timberwolves game. They usually compete but brace your self for fourth quarters.

Martina McBride fan base will flood the Target Center

Martina McBride tickets are going fast as her January 26 show at the Target Center is approaching. McBride started out in the early 90s as a traditional country singer, but her star has risen as she approached more poppy sounds. Now she is bringing a probably grandiose show to the Target Center. If you’re a Martina McBride fan, this show is essential because it’s a chance to watch McBride delve into her catalogue of 30 charting singles and seven studio albums.

Any show at the Target Center has elaborate staging and awesome lighting. Oftentimes, the stage production of the artists featured is worth the price of admission in itself. Don’t mess with the fickle Target Center box office; just get your tickets to Martina McBride here. Martina McBride has sold 16 million records worldwide. Three Days Grace and Breaking Benjamin

Three Days Grace and Breaking Benjamin will be taking the stage at the Target Center on Monday, March 24th, 2008 at 6:30 pm. Three Days Grace is best known for their 2005 hit “I Hate Everything About You.” In 2007, Three Days Grace released One-X and have found success with the song, “Just Like You.”

Opening the show will be Pennsylvania’s Breaking Benjamin. I was going to Google ‘Breaking Benjamin’ to find some cool fact about them to write here, but the truth is that I don’t care that much. And I can’t believe that they are playing at the Target Center Minneapolis!

Target Center tickets go on sale for this event Saturday, January 12th at 10 am CST.

Timberwolves Tickets

My buddy went down to the Target Center yesterday to see if he could find a couple of decent Cheap Timberwolves Tickets for the game versus the Dallas Mavericks. He was amazed to find that he could buy VIP Timberwolves Tickets in the fourth row for only $50/Ticket. The tickets had a face value of $260/Ticket. It is getting to the point that Minnesota Timberwolves Tickets may actually be worthless. I hope that the Timberwolves are able to turn this mess around because it is embarrassing that an NBA ticket for a Sunday game versus a great team like the Mavericks sell for $50. The Target Center could be an awfully lonely place this winter if the Timberwolves don't show some improvement. GO TIMBERWOLVES!!!
