Oasis at Target Center

The band Oasis will be coming to the Target Center Minneapolis on Wednesday, December 10th to promote their new album “Dig Out Your Soul.” This will be the bands first US tour in 3 years and is following a record setting tour in the UK that sold over 180,000 Oasis tickets within an hour of going on sale – that’s crazy!

Ryan Adams and the Cardinals will be opening for Oasis at the Target Center. Minneapolis music fans will remember when Ryan Adams played at the Cedar Cultural Center awhile back and the show sold out immediately. Ryan Adams has his own fan base here in Minnesota and you can bet Ryan Adams fans will be scooping up tickets to see him perform in the big arena. Section 113 or 129 will provide the best stage views unless you can get Target Center tickets in the first 10 rows on the floor.

I heard that the Xcel had bid on this gig and lost it to the Target Center. I am sure it is going to be a great show and the Xcel is going to wish they had placed a sweeter deal on the table. The Target Center has been a hot spot of Twin Cities entertainment this year!

The Xcel seems to be losing bids all over the place...but it could just be that the Target Center gets all of the AIG contracts.

Can't wait to see Ryan Adams - the ticket is worth it just to see him!

Keith, you are not the first music fan to say that! Ryan Adams seems to have a more loyal fan base than some of the "larger" stars. Glad to hear you are going.
