Guess what, readers?! The world famous Harlem Globetrotters will be stopping by the Target Center for their 2014 “Fans Rule” World Tour and we couldn't be more thrilled. The Harlem Globetrotters will be at Target Center on Saturday, Apr 12, 2014 at 1:00 PM and Saturday, Apr 12, 2014 at 7:00 PM.

Kings of Leon at Target Center

Rock band Kings of Leon will be playing at the Target Center on March 6th at 7:30 pm. I'm so excited to see these great performers live and am looking forward to hearing songs "Sex on Fire," "Use Somebody," and "Wait for Me". I love Kings of Leon and I'm so excited to see them live.


Kings of Leon doesn't go on tour very often, so take advantage of this great opportunity and see Kings of Leon live!

Arcade Fire at Target Center

Indie rock band Arcade Fire will be playing at the Target Center on March 8th at 7:30 pm. I'm so excited to see these great performers live and am looking forward to hearing songs "Wake Up," "Rebellion," and "The Suburbs".

Lady Antebellum Concert Rescheduled to 2/7

The Lady Antebellum is coming back to Minnesota for their originally scheduled concert for December 5th which has been moved to February 7th, 2014.

Tickets for the December 5th show will be honored at the venue on February 7th, so make sure you get to their concert!

Seven-time GRAMMY award-winning trio Lady Antebellum will return to Target Center as part of the first leg of their headlining TAKE ME DOWNTOWN TOUR 2013. The group has invited Kip Moore and Kacey Musgraves to join the fun at Target Center.

Jeff Dunham at the Target Center 2/5

Comedian Jeff Dunham and his beloved cast of characters will return to Target Center on February 5th. We can't wait to see him back in action on the stage.

All of Jeff Dunham's sidekicks are back: Walter the Grumpy Retiree, Achmed the Dead Terrorist, the beer-fueled redneck Bubba J, the manic purple creature Peanut, the spicy pepper from south of the border José Jalapeño, and Peanut’s own ventriloquist dummy Little Jeff, a mini-version of the ringmaster himself.

We want you to get to this performance and enjoy all the laughs!

P!nk Rescheduled at the Target Center

Acrobatic pop-rock diva Pink has canceled her concert scheduled for Nov. 2 at Target Center because of overworked vocals.

The show is now scheduled for Jan. 7, a Tuesday.

All tickets for the Nov. 2 will be honored on the new date and it will be the same show!

Pink last played the Twin Cities market on March 19 at the Xcel Energy Center in St. Paul.

We are so excited to get ready for the Holidays! Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to all our incredible Timberwolves fans and Target Center goers! The Timberwolves wouldn't be playing their best without such great fans to cheer them on and pack the stands at Target Center.

 Reflecting on a very busy 2013 we honestly love the Timberwolves so much and are so thankful for the support their fans give to the team at the Target Center.

Kevin Love, Wolves Lose to Trail Blazers

It is a rare sight to see a game where Kevin Love is outplayed by his opponent. LaMarcus Aldridge accomplished the task in the low post with a 26-point, eight-rebound effort. The Trail Blazers won 119-106.

Love finished with 26 points and nine rebounds, but Minnesota lost for the third time in four games.

Despite the loss, the Wolves were still exciting to watch.

St. Patrick's Day by the Target Center

Tomorrow is St. Patrick's Day... which means the party will be at O'Donovan's Irish Pub and Kieran's Irish Pub by the Target Center in Minneapolis!

Red Hot Chili Peppers @ Target Center

The Red Hot Chili Peppers are coming!

The band announced plans for its "I'm With You" World tour, which includes a stop at the X on Oct. 30.

Tickets will be starting at $41.50. The band will be inducted into the Rock and roll Hall of Fame in April.

Target Center Tied to Vikings Stadium

Tying the Target Center upgrades to the Metrodome site is potentially problematic, according to Senator Julie Rosen. It appears to be hard to round up votes to approve the Metrodome site for the new Vikings stadium because lawmakers don't like connecting the deal with $32 million for Target Center improvements.

The Minneapolis Mayor R.T. Rybak insists that any Metrodome deal has to include funding for the Target Center upgrades.

However, state lawmakers realize that might not necessarily go well over at the Capitol. Obviously some creativity is needed...

It is possible that, if the Target Center improvements remain tied to the Metrodome deal, it won't get done, because there simply aren't enough votes to approve it.

I bet if the Wolves make the playoffs, people may be more likely to vote for some nice Target Center upgrades. Let's be honest, the place could use some windows.
