Ozzy and Rob Zombie, Halloween Night

Ozzy Osbourne and Rob Zombie will be performing live at the Target Center on Wednesday October 31st – yep, Halloween night. It should be a frightful show with two of heavy metal’s stars together on one stage. Frankly, I am amazed that Target Center scored such a memorable date.

This Minneapolis concert will follow BLACK RAIN, Ozzy’s critically acclaimed first album of new studio material in six years and ROB ZOMBIE’s hit film Halloween, which premiered number one at the box office in its debut weekend, grossing an estimated 31 million dollars. Ozzy’s new single “I Don’t Wanna Stop” is OZZY’s biggest rock song of his career, spending 20 weeks at #1 on the R&R Rock Chart and peaking at #1 on the R&R Active Rock chart. The song is also the lead track from EA’s Madden NFL ’08. His second single, currently at radio, is the powerful manifesto "Not Going Away." Ozzy’s album is flying off store shelves and he hasn’t been to Minneapolis in over 4 years so I expect this concert to sell out fast. Both Ozzy and Rob Zombie have a cult like following so buy tickets early if you want to spend Halloween night at the Target Center.
