Can't Wait to See Michael Beasley at Target Center

Michael Beasley The 2nd overall pick in the 2008 NBA Draft is now a member of the Minnesota Timberwolves. Michael Beasley was traded from the Miami Heat to the T'wolves on July 12, 2010 in exchange for 2011 and 2014 second-round draft picks. The Miami Heat were salary-cap handcuffed because of the 3 headed monster trio of D'Wayne Wade, Chris Bosh, and LeBron James.

Michael Beasley will have a chance to show his potential that gained him nationwide attention from his career at Kansas State. He averaged 26.2 points and 12.4 rebounds a game, dominating the competition. Still just a 21 year old, it makes quite a young front court duo with Kevin Love. In 2 seasons with the Miami Heat, Beasley averaged 14.3 points and 5.9 rebounds. With Jonny Flynn, Wesley Johnson, Kevin Love, and now Michael Beasley, the Minnesota Timberwolves will have some exciting young players!
