The Eagles at Target Center September 18th

The iconic band, The Eagles, have announced a tour and they will be hitting up the Twin Cities! The Eagles include Glenn Frey, Don Henley, Joe Walsh and Timothy B. Schmit. You will see them perform classics spanning their career including “Hotel California,” “New Kid In Town,” “Take It To The Limit,” “One Of These Nights,” “Lyin’ Eyes,” “Rocky Mountain Way,” “Best Of My Love” and “Take It Easy.” Hits from band members’ solo catalogs will also be featured during the concert.

How would you know the Eagles? Well, the Eagles have sold more than 120 million albums worldwide, earning five #1 U.S. singles and six Grammy Awards. Their Greatest Hits 1971-1975 is the best-selling album of all time, exceeding sales of 29 million units. The band’s Hotel California and Their Greatest Hits Volume 2 have sold more than 16 and 11 million albums respectively. The Eagles were inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in 1998. 2013 Big Time Rush at Target Center

Big Time Rush announced that their “Big Time Summer Tour” will stop in Minneapolis at Target Center on July 28!  The Nickelodeon stars and Columbia Recording artists will perform songs off their latest album Elevate including “Music Sounds Better With U,” “All Over Again” and “Elevate.” Emerging Australian pop phenomenon Cody Simpson and X-Factor finalist and newly signed Nickelodeon talent Rachel Crow will open for Big Time Rush.

Big Time Rush is made up of Kendall Schmidt, James Maslow, Carlos Pena Jr. and Logan Henderson. How do you know Big Time Rush? Well, Big Time Rush was recently nominated for “Favorite Music Group” at the 2012 Kids’ Choice Awards along with LMFAO, Black Eyed Peas, and Lady Antebellum. This is their second nomination in the category. They are also performed on “Live with Kelly” on March 9. Get to this show at Target Center, it's going to be super HOT.

I've grown up listening to Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers because my parents used to blast their music on our infamous family road trips. We loved listening to "Free Fallin'" "American Girl" and "I Won't Back Down"  And what's even better, is Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers are performing at Target Center this summer! Be there on Saturday, June 29th and don't miss any of the action!




 

One Direction at Target Center July 18th

Target Center is known for their events featuring the state's top entertainment.
