Kid Cudi


Kid Cudi will be performing at the Target Center July 12th. Kid Cudi is promoting his newest Album Man on the Moon II, the sequel to Man on the Moon, his debut album. Kid Cudi is a Cleveland based rapper who made it big after his mixtape "A Kid Named Cudi". If you haven't heard the mixtape "A Kid Named Cudi" I highly recommend you do so. Such a good CD.

Kevin Love Erupts for 31 Points and 31 Rebounds

Kevin Love Minnesota Timberwolves forward Kevin Love erupted for 31 points and 31 rebounds on Friday night against the New York Knicks at the Target Center. It was the first time an NBA player had that stat line since 1982 when Moses Malone accomplished it. It was an electric crowd at the Target Center with an announced crowd of 15,000 to 16,000. Michael Beasley scored 35 points, after scoring 42 the game before against the Sacramento Kings. Rookie Wesley Johnson continues to impress with 15 points, 4 rebounds, 3 assists, and 3 blocks against the Knicks. They will be getting Jonny Flynn and Martell Webster back from injury shortly and that will help the team as well. Purchase your Minnesota Timberwolves tickets today!

Beyonce is coming to the Target Center

The Queen of Female Empowerment, Beyonce, will be in the Twin Cities playing at the Target Center on July 16th at 7:00. On her summer "I am.... Sasha Fierce" tour promoting her double album of the same name, Beyonce explains to media that the whole point of this album was growth. The "I am..." part was a self reflection and an inner-look at who she is as a person. And the "Sasha Fierce" portion of the album and the tour is the alter-ego that she created. Sasha Fierce is feisty, sexy, independent and one of a kind, everything that Beyonce feels fans should be as well.

Staring with her is younger sister Solange, who will be opening for Beyonce and performing songs she has been working on that also come from a personal place. The Tour will benefit the Newman Foundation, that works to promote the medical significance of research, and the Survivor Foundation which helps to change the lives of victims of social, economic and catastrophic disasters.
