P!nk Rescheduled at the Target Center

Acrobatic pop-rock diva Pink has canceled her concert scheduled for Nov. 2 at Target Center because of overworked vocals.

The show is now scheduled for Jan. 7, a Tuesday.

All tickets for the Nov. 2 will be honored on the new date and it will be the same show!

Pink last played the Twin Cities market on March 19 at the Xcel Energy Center in St. Paul.

We hope everyone enjoys the show!

As Thanksgiving is coming up, I can't help but to think of all the things I'm thankful for. And after family, friends and my health, obviously the Minnesota Timberwolves are at the top of the list! Although they are playing their game this season already! The Minnesota Timberwolves are my basketball team and I will always be thankful for them.

The Eagles at Target Center September 18th

The iconic band, The Eagles, have announced a tour and they will be hitting up the Twin Cities! The Eagles include Glenn Frey, Don Henley, Joe Walsh and Timothy B. Schmit. You will see them perform classics spanning their career including “Hotel California,” “New Kid In Town,” “Take It To The Limit,” “One Of These Nights,” “Lyin’ Eyes,” “Rocky Mountain Way,” “Best Of My Love” and “Take It Easy.” Hits from band members’ solo catalogs will also be featured during the concert.

How would you know the Eagles? Well, the Eagles have sold more than 120 million albums worldwide, earning five #1 U.S. singles and six Grammy Awards. Their Greatest Hits 1971-1975 is the best-selling album of all time, exceeding sales of 29 million units. 2013 Big Time Rush at Target Center

Big Time Rush announced that their “Big Time Summer Tour” will stop in Minneapolis at Target Center on July 28!  The Nickelodeon stars and Columbia Recording artists will perform songs off their latest album Elevate including “Music Sounds Better With U,” “All Over Again” and “Elevate.” Emerging Australian pop phenomenon Cody Simpson and X-Factor finalist and newly signed Nickelodeon talent Rachel Crow will open for Big Time Rush.

Big Time Rush is made up of Kendall Schmidt, James Maslow, Carlos Pena Jr. and Logan Henderson. How do you know Big Time Rush? Well, Big Time Rush was recently nominated for “Favorite Music Group” at the 2012 Kids’ Choice Awards along with LMFAO, Black Eyed Peas, and Lady Antebellum. This is their second nomination in the category. They are also performed on “Live with Kelly” on March 9. Get to this show at Target Center, it's going to be super HOT.

I've grown up listening to Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers because my parents used to blast their music on our infamous family road trips. We loved listening to "Free Fallin'" "American Girl" and "I Won't Back Down"  And what's even better, is Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers are performing at Target Center this summer! Be there on Saturday, June 29th and don't miss any of the action!




 

One Direction at Target Center July 18th

Target Center is known for their events featuring the state's top entertainment. Target Center Parking Information

I know you are all heading to the Target Center for an upcoming Minnesota Timberwolves Game or for a Target Center Concert. So you can't miss this information on Parking at the Target Center.

We all know you think Minneapolis Parking tends to be tricky, with not lots of space and many restricted parking lots and ramps. Especially if you don't allow yourself much time before your event.

Now, this is according to the Target Center official website: the best Target Center Parking is in ramps located near the Target Center and connected via the skyways. The Target Center lists the parking ramps as A, B and C.

The A Parking Ramp near the Target Center is accessible from 10th Street N. and 2nd Ave
The B Parking Ramp near the Target Center is accessible from 2nd Ave and several city bus routes
The C Parking Ramp near the Target Center is accessible from 2nd Ave and I-94.

No matter where you chose to park near the Target Center, I have to suggest getting there early. There are lots of places to snoop through and kill a little time before going to the Target Center and with skyway access weather is not an issue. Head downtown early, park your car near the Target Center and explore! I reccomend checking out some bars, too. ;)
